Daniel Boulud is a celebrity French chef and restaurateur with restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, Palm Beach, Miami, Montreal, Toronto, London, Singapore, and Boston. I have personally eaten in his DB Moderne restaurant in Miami on a number of occasions, including one very memorable white truffle dinner, at which, Daniel himself was in attendance. This recipe screams simplicity, but also deliciousness, and it's one of those recipes where the quality of ingredients is everything. Fresh, grated horseradish! Yes, please!
